Angel food cake with butter cream frosting. The sauce is strawberry jam and the meatballs are brownies. It is topped with white chocolate shavings to look like Parmesan cheese. Great for April Fool's Day!
I have been decorating cakes since 2003 with my daughter and love to try new things with cake and frosting. Most of my cakes are for birthdays and are special requests.
